Nominate another member or yourself for one of these open positions: President-Elect, Treasurer, and Junior Board Member-at-Large.

ELEGIBILITY 

• Any Active Pharmacist member of CSHP in good standing is eligible for nomination. 
• Any CSHP member (active pharmacist, resident, retired pharmacist, pharmacy technician, associate, or student) may submit a candidate nomination.
